Computational Combination Screening of FeminiT™ Reveals Systems-Level Support for Kapha–Vata Balance and Women’s Reproductive Wellness through In Silico Modeling Framework

FeminiT™
FeminiT™ is an Ayurvedic-inspired herbal tea formulation developed to support women’s reproductive health by restoring Kapha–Vata balance and maintaining Tridosha harmony using Indigenous Indian botanicals.

Challenge

Complex Ayurvedic formulations designed for women’s health often involve multiple botanicals targeting interconnected physiological systems. For FeminiT™, elucidating how seven herbs collectively support detoxification, emotional well-being, and reproductive balance posed a challenge, as conventional reductionist evaluation methods cannot adequately capture multi-component, multi-pathway interactions.

How CytoSolve Helped

Cytosolve® applied its computational combination screening platform to assess the integrated biological influence of FeminiT™’s proprietary herbal blend. Mechanistic in silico models were used to explore how Black Cumin, Ink Nut, Betel Nut, Black Catechu, Gall Nut, Fig Tree Bark, and Gum Arabic Tree Bark may interact across pathways associated with detoxification, hormonal regulation, stress response, and mood modulation relevant to Kapha–Vata balance.

Key Benefits Realized

  • Systems-level understanding of multi-herb synergy in a women-focused Ayurvedic formulation
  • Mechanistic insight into pathways linked to reproductive wellness, anxiety reduction, and mood support
  • Computational validation framework bridging traditional knowledge and modern systems biology
  • Early-stage formulation assessment without reliance on extensive experimental testing

Outcome

The combinational screening study provides a scientifically structured perspective on FeminiT™’s holistic formulation design. By aligning Ayurvedic principles with Cytosolve’s computational modeling, the work supports translational confidence and responsible wellness communication while respecting regulatory boundaries.
